After you set up Recharge, make sure that you contact Gladly Support with a P4 designation to configure the profile layout display for you.
We're upgrading Gladly Academy and its underlying platform on July 31. On that day, all users will receive a password reset email to access the updated Academy. The web address will stay the same, and your course completions will carry over.
