Reports for Sidekick are accessed through Gladly Hero.
OOTB Reports #
- Click
on the top left corner of the screen. - Click Reports.
- From the Reports page, click on the report selection list on the left side of the screen and select the report you want to generate. Sidekick-specific reports are found under the Sidekick category.
