Set Up Ship Hero Integration for Sidekick

Before you start #

Review the following information before you connect Ship Hero with Gladly Sidekick.

• Ensure you are logged into the Sidekick Dashboard. Contact Gladly Support with a P4 designation if you need assistance logging into the dashboard.
• You will need the following credential in order to complete the Ship Hero integration:
  • Auth Token

Connect Ship Hero to Gladly Sidekick within the Sidekick Dashboard #

1. Retrieve the Auth Token for your Ship Hero instance.
2. Click Integrations from the main menu.
3. Scroll to the Generic section.
4. Click + Generic Integration.
5. Select Ship Hero from the drop-down menu and click Add Integration.
6. Find the newly populated Ship Hero integration. Click Authorization.
7. Input the Auth Token into the field.
8. Click Save.
