Active Subscriptions and Total Subscriptions will not show on the Customer Profile in Gladly if the Customer has no active subscriptions.
We're upgrading Gladly Academy and its underlying platform on July 31. On that day, all users will receive a password reset email to access the updated Academy. The web address will stay the same, and your course completions will carry over.
